Credit Application

Note:

  • Account verification process takes 24 to 48 hours
  • A LoC (Line of Credit) and Net Terms will be offered to high volume buyers only
  • LoC and Net Terms will be offered upon business insurance approval

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard only via E-Mail or Fax
  • If you have Identity Theft protection on the card, please notify the corresponding parties ahead of times
  • Purchase Orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours depending on stock availability
  • All Credit Card purchases are subject to a 3% merchant service fee

  1. Download the RMA request form in Adobe PDF format

RMA Instructions -

Part I.

  1. Right click on "Download the RMA request form" and select "save target as" to save to your computer*
  2. Choose the location or path where do you want to save on your computer, then click "ok"
  3. Minimize the browser and double click on the file that you saved on your computer
  4. After double click on the file, Adobe Acrobat Reader will open up with the file for printing
  5. Please fill them out and fax back to (626) 333-9288 Attention: RMA Department
  6. If you prefer, you may E-Mail the request form to "rma@hecgroupusa.com"

Part II. (Applies to End Users only!)

  1. Download the RMA request form fill out the required information and submit by E-Mail or Fax
  2. Submit a brief description of the defective unit in suspicion
  3. Submit a copy of the Invoice or Receipt from the origin of purchase
  4. Requests will be processed within 24 to 48 hours along with an E-Mail confirmation & follow-up instructions
  5. Return shipping of defective unit is covered by End User, replacement shipping fees are covered by Compucase Corp.
  6. Advanced RMA services are not offered

Product Support

  1. Universal Laptop Adapter Compatibility List are available in Excel and PDF formats
  2. Click on the link that applies to your model number to bring up a compatibility list. Once the list is opened up, press CTRL + F on your keyboard to search for your laptop model
  3. Note: Some chart are displayed in Excel format some are in PDF, you have to have Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat Reader (free version) in order to display the list
  4. Note: When searching for compatibility in Excel, please make sure you select the correct "Tab" when using the CTRL + F function. Each "Tab" in the Excel sheets contains compatibility information based on the various tips included in the package
